Kickboxing is an all around workout for the body, hitting every main area. Toning everything from legs, arms, thighs, stomach, back, chest and core. Builds up excellent endurance and strength while you learn vital skills in the art of self-defense. Kickboxing like just about every workout or excise is also a great for stress relief also. You can look up local kickboxing classes near you or check a few video’s on it on YouTube. I myself took a whole course in it and loved it. Hopefully you will too.
Shadowboxing is something you can do to also get a great cardio working and some of the same benefits of kickboxing. It’s something I still do to date and it’s great for a warm up or a ending to a workout.
